2. Purpose
PaperFit Studio is a free tool to prepare photos for printing: it places them on A4 or US Letter sheets or sizes them to a measurement, and creates a PDF. Processing happens in the user’s browser, with no account and no price.
3. Terms of use
- You must have the right to use the photos you prepare and you are responsible for their content.
- The PDF carries exact measurements, but the printed size depends on the print dialog and your printer (choose “actual size” or “100%”). The check sheet helps you verify it.
- The tool does not check official requirements for ID photos (passports, ID cards, visas).
- Image resolution is not improved or upscaled; the resolution warning is a guide.
4. Advertising and analytics
At the date of the last update the site shows no advertising and uses no analytics. If that changes, this notice and the privacy policy will be updated.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, design and code belong to the owner, except third-party rights (libraries and fonts under free licenses). Photos and PDFs the user creates are the user’s own.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses from printing without checking the result. This does not limit consumer rights.
7. Governing law
This site is governed by Spanish law; consumers keep the rights and venues their rules grant them.
